The separating (open-end), complete zippers are perfect for applications where the zipper parts should be separated from each other, such as a jacket. Should the zipper parts stay together on one or both sides, like a bag or shoe? Then choose a closed bottom (closed-end) zipper. The complete zippers have fixed lengths. For a small additional charge you can have the zipper shortened to the desired length.
